What is the Equip Program?
The Equip Program is a 5- session, online program for students who are ready to learn and work in a group setting. Each session is 75 minutes long. Separate sessions are offered for students in middle school, high school, and college. Instruction is live and led by Executive Function coaches in real-time - not pre-recorded sessions.
How do I know if the Equip Program is right for my child’s needs?
This program is for students who are ready, willing, and able to participate in the activities and discussions. Students who are resistant to participating in a school-related program are not a good fit for the Equip Program. The Equip program is designed to teach the skills that students need to meet the expectations of their grade level.
How much does the Equip Program cost?
The cost is $279.
How big are the groups?
Groups will include up to 5 students.
If only one person signs up, will the session still run?
Yes, the session will still run with only one student.
What time of day do sessions run?

What happens if I have to cancel after I have paid?
We’d be happy to offer you an alternate session, pending availability. However, your fee is non-refundable with the exception of extraordinary circumstances.
My child can only attend three out of the five sessions. Can they make up the remaining sessions?
Pending availability, we can often arrange to fit your child into other groups to make up the sessions they have missed.
As a parent, what is my involvement with the session?
Parents do not participate in the session itself. However, you will receive a thank you email that includes a recap of the goals and strategies that your child worked on throughout the program. If you would like further collaboration with the facilitator, you can purchase a consultation session. Please ask your facilitator for details.
How will participation work during the group session?
The group facilitator will present information and guide discussions among participants. During sessions, participants have the option to ask questions to the facilitator aloud or over private messaging.
What can my child do before the session to prepare?
Please ensure sure your child has a quiet space without distractions and a reliable internet connection. For the session itself, we ask that students use a laptop or tablet device rather than a mobile phone.
What should I expect by the end of the program?
Over the course of the workshop, your child will be provided information about tools and strategies that help to support organization, time management, planning, reading, and writing. This information will be shared with you and your child in a document. By the end of the workshop, expect your child to have created a set of personal goals and to have assembled a personal toolkit of strategies to achieve those goals.
