The session begins with a quick check-in to identify your focus tasks. You’ll then work independently in a private breakout room, with the facilitator available for guidance and accountability as needed. Periodic check-ins ensure you’re staying on track, and the session wraps up with a brief reflection on your progress and goal-setting for the future. WorkSpace sessions provide a structured environment, expert support, and increased accountability, making it easier to complete tasks like studying, organizing, or managing applications. With flexible scheduling and benefits that extend beyond the session, WorkSpace is a valuable tool for building focus and productivity.
