Improvements were measured by comparing scores on the ESQ-R (Executive Skills Questionnaire-Revised) before and after our foundation period of 16 weeks of consistent coaching. The composite score includes Plan Management, Time Management, Organization, Emotion Regulation, and Behavior Regulation.
Guare and Dawson (Smart But Scattered), Russell Barkley (considered America’s foremost expert on ADHD), and numerous researchers and clinicians have made coaching the number one recommendation for supporting students with Executive Function challenges.
Our longitudinal study measuring changes in Executive Function skills in the 16-week foundational period of coaching tracked 692 participants. Our findings revealed statistically significant improvements across all age groups.
Elementary School
62.5% saw improvement in Executive Function skills after 16 weeks of consistent coaching.
